and I got on the [electric] scale and had GAINED a pound! D: so I took a shower and tried again to see if the scale was just being iffy and I had lost a half a pound from last weeks weigh in so that made me feel a little better.
in all honesty though I visited my cousins this weekend so even though I was really good last week I ate like crap over the weekend with family food and went 1000 calories total over the weekend :( but I’m doing good today :)

you say how much you want to lose a week and your final weight goal then, by taking your height, age, measurements, and activity levels it tells you how many calories you should eat a day
there’s an app for iPod touches called my fitness pal that is FREE and i suggest some of you guys do it with me :D (it’s calorie counting-NOT for fasting or anorexic behaviors)
