Eat a mini meal every three hours; it keeps you from thinking about food.

so i started that new diet last week (1200 cals a day= -2 a week)

and I got on the [electric] scale and had GAINED a pound! D: so I took a shower and tried again to see if the scale was just being iffy and I had lost a half a pound from last weeks weigh in so that made me feel a little better.

in all honesty though I visited my cousins this weekend so even though I was really good last week I ate like crap over the weekend with family food and went 1000 calories total over the weekend :( but I’m doing good today :)
